Shipping policy
We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Due to high volume of sales, limited time exclusive items, personalized items or unforeseen issues with the shipping carrier, your order may take longer to arrive than expected. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and we appreciate your understanding.

Please note that the above transit times are in addition to the required production time needed to produce and properly package your items. We strive to provide the best shipping service to our customers. To ensure the fastest delivery of your order, we use a combination of the fastest shipping carriers at the time of your order. We monitor the speed of delivery of USPS, FedEx, and UPS to determine the fastest carrier for your item at the time of order, and select the most cost effective option to pass the savings along to you. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 12 business days or less.

ORDER TRACKING
- Please double check the shipping address, We are not responsible for returned orders or refused orders due to incorrect or outdated address information.
- Check the email you provided at checkout for updated shipping status when the tracking number is provided.
- Tracking from USPS, Fed Ex or UPS
- Once your items have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure a speedy, safe delivery.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- All 50 United States Only
- PO/APO/FPO Boxes- We are able to ship to PO Boxes, however, it is not recommended as some shipping carriers do not accept this option from UPS or FedEx.
- If you would like to use (PO/APO/FPO) please contact us to see if we could ship your item by USPS.
DELIVERY
- We strive to deliver your items within 12 days or less on average

RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
If an item is returned to sender or refused, it will be restocked in our warehouse, and you will receive an email gift card as store credit. No refund will be issued, and we do not accept responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase was incorrect.
